How Premier Nordics handles data.
Premier Nordics is a publisher-operated travel planning site. This notice explains the practical data flows for hosting, analytics, email, and correction requests. Last revised August 23, 2026.
What may be collected
The site may process page and click events, basic browser and device context, referral context, hosting logs, planner select values, email metadata, and the message content you send to the publisher inbox.
How it is used
Data is used to operate the site, understand whether pages are useful, protect the service, answer support requests, review corrections, and keep public planning information accurate.
Services and processors
Premier Nordics may use hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare services, Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and Web Vitals, ordinary email infrastructure, and private publisher tools needed to operate and improve the public site.
Cookies and your choices
The site does not present an affiliate-consent choice. Operational click measurement is cookie-free. When automatic Stay22 attribution is enabled, it loads independently on eligible travel guides; embedded accommodation maps still load only after a deliberate click.
Planner measurement
Planner measurement records the planner id, public route, result band, changed field name, conversion target, and selected option values. It does not collect free-text itinerary notes, payment details, or the content of email messages.
No resale of personal information
Premier Nordics does not sell personal information or package inbound messages as a general lead list. Contact details are used for the request or publisher workflow that created them.
Cookieless affiliate measurement
To understand whether commercial placements are useful, this site sends three first-party, cookieless events: section view, outbound click, and optional map load. It stores only site, route, locale, placement, provider, product, category, planner result state, event type, and timestamp.
This measurement stores no raw IP address, user agent, email address, free text, payment data, cookie, or cross-session identifier. Delivery is same-origin, rate-limited, and best effort, so a failure does not block link navigation or map loading. A click or map load is an interaction, not evidence of a booking or revenue. Qualified affiliate CTR = unique outbound clicks / eligible section views. Unique means de-duplicated by affiliate link within the current page lifecycle, not a unique person.
Legal bases and international transfers
Hosting, security, service operation, and responding to requests rely on contractual necessity, legal obligations, or the publisher's legitimate interests as applicable. Automatic Stay22 attribution, when enabled, operates independently of optional analytics choices. Service providers may process data outside your country; their published safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms govern those transfers.
Retention
Analytics and log data are kept only as long as useful for reporting, security, and operations. Email and correction records may be retained while the underlying request, editorial history, or publisher relationship remains relevant.
Privacy requests
Use [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, clarification, or an opt-out review. The request scope and identity may need to be verified.
Stay22 and accommodation referrals
This site does not show a consent dialog. It sets no optional cookies and loads no analytics scripts. On eligible travel pages, partner booking attribution technology (Stay22) loads when the page opens; we may earn a commission from resulting bookings at no extra cost to you. Pages with named booking-provider links or accommodation maps do not load this service.
When loaded, Stay22 may receive technical, location, interaction, and referral data and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies. If a referral leads to a booking, the publisher may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Embedded Stay22 maps load only after you select the map control. Outbound affiliate links remain deliberate navigations to the provider named beside the link.
